Lodge Refurbishment Project
Since 2018, when the Lodge purchased the building our refurbishment project has aimed to modernize and enhance the structure while preserving its architectural integrity. This project has gone through several phases such as, updating electrical and plumbing systems, installing energy-efficient windows and a new front door, updating the facade and reinforcing the building's foundation. The interior dining hall and bar were completely gutted and remodeled to improve functionality and aesthetics. Additionally, both bathrooms were remodeled utilizing eco-friendly materials and technologies. Our latest improvement was rebuilding an exterior wall to the left of our Lodge. This project has not only revitalized the building but also ensures it remains a cherished home for all our Mario Lanza family members.
